Runtastic Heart Rate Monitor App Reviews

In the last 2 month the App measure no more. What happened? I used it more than 1 year and it worked almost perfect. Runtastic, please repare it! Since take over by ADIDAS, runtustic quality of products turned really bad. I have also a running complaint about another product.

Cant believe how accurate this is. Runtastic knows what they are doing. Keep up the great work. Love all their apps.

You have to hold your finger in an EXACT position for like 30 seconds. and if you fidget even by a hairs width you have to start all over again!! soooo frustrating sometimes it takes me 5 minutes to get a reading after which my heart rate has gone way up because Im so frustrated!!

Its a pretty useful app but it takes some time to read your pulse

Unfortunately I find no way to turn the sound off, and nothing is talking about it on the support website, and I found no way to contact the developpers to ask. Thats a pretty dumb way to loose customers.

If you have issues, pushing your finger wont give a reading. Place your finger and let the weight of the phone do the work... Months later and Im Still impressed with this little tool.

Im at that age where i need to keep an eye on the old ticker. This app is great for keeping track of your heart rate at rest and while exercising.

Love it! I use this to check my heart rate before and/or after each workout everyday and compared to my blood pressure monitor its bang on, very accurate! Stay active and good health to all! :)

Can be a little fickle getting it in just the right spot but very accurate. Works as well as the pulseOx measuring tools we utilize on the ambulance.

Its nice to track your heart rate and the "why" at the same time.

It looks like the camera isnt picking anything up. Completely unresponsive.

App works great, really helps my anxiety when I get paranoid that my heart rate is higher than normal and I can confirm its actually not

The app, regardless of the accuracy, doesn’t work most of the time. The tracking circle will, if it starts at all, get to 75% to 90% around and then stop. It doesn’t matter whether I am moving or standing still. My fingers are wide enough that coverage of both lens and light are not an issue. It won’t work for my wife, either, whose fingers are more slender than mine, but still cover both lens and light. I wish I hadn’t paid for it. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

This app is the best heart rate app available. It is reliable- it doesnt crash like every other heart rate app I have experienced. It is quick to give results with less interferences or "unable to detect" like other apps. It is all around a great app from anyone dealing with health issues to athletes or anyone who is just plain curious about their blood pumping muscle machine :)

If you want me to upgrade this app, perhaps the free version should work first. Easier and faster to do it the old fashioned way.

This is the worst app Ive ever used. Not only do the ads interrupt your heart rate test but then the 5 mandatory seconds is really 20 seconds, not done yet b/c trying to close it takes at least 30-40 taps! After pissing you off enough to pay to skip ads IT THEN DOUBLE BILLS YOU! ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Will never use these peoples apps EVER again.

I paid for the full version. I shouldnt be bombarded with ads! Every time I take my heart I have to exit out of 2 ads that take over the whole screen?!?! Fix it! Should t have that when you pay the money
