I wrote this so the app would stop asking me to rate it.

this app keeps starting over everytime the circle is almost filled with the heart rate. then it tells me how to measure correctly. i think I am not the problem here, because i measure my heart rate in a stable position. the app is the stupidest thing ever and dont get me started with the 14 second ads that pop up WHILE ur taking your heart rate. this app will waste ur time and storage space. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. i see that i have to give this app at least a star to post the review. this app doesnt deserve 1 fricking star.
Excellent record keeping and easy to use for my patients
requires you to click through four screens of sign up offers and ads to take one measurement. absolutely ridiculous. deleting this and trying something that doesnt beat me or the head to install an entire suite of software I cant use every single time I open the app.
Avoid this one if you can. You cant measure without having to deal with an ad. Then if you upgrade, guess what - more ads. Seriously, but this time for their own additional apps or to tell you to rate them five stars. Since, in my opinion this app does not deserve any stars I decided to write a review to warn others. If you like ads, go for this. They claim connectivity with other fitness apps that you use, but its not worth it. Runtastic is just as frustrating. Go with Garmin, Strava or any other number of fitness apps if you want real data without the fuss.
Commercials. Videos that just barge onto your phone at high volume with annoying background music. Yeah, better. Im waiting for the first class action suit from families of people who bingod while checking their heartbeats and got scared AF dead because an ad for McTampons set to Hoobastank music came blaring out at them like some Generation X Time Lord Death Tardis.
This app is good. It needs to tone down the ads though. I get hit before, during, and after. 2-3 ads for one reading??? Cmon guys, figure out something better. The ads kill the current reading too.
Ok, so I can deal with the two screens asking you to "join" every time you open the app (however ridiculous it may be). The obnoxious ads are what I cannot stand. I start measuring my pulse and a few seconds in, an ad pops up. Waiting 15 seconds to be able to exit the ad and having to start the measurement over again is stupid. Not to mention, by that time, Im so annoyed and my heart rate is higher than it was before I opened this stupid app.
I get an accurate reading of my heart rate and it will help me with my weight loss journey. The only thing is that I wish that you can have access to this app from other fitness applications.
Every time you measure your heart rate an ad pops up and interrupts it.
It appears to be worthwhile .
Easy to use and I would recommend it.
Its cool
Cant get more than 1 reading before an ad pops up blocking the entire screen. Pass.
Product works reasonably well - after going through several log in ad screens and possibly forcing u to watch a video, forcing restart of the pulse taking. Not worth the trouble. Not by a long shot.
Functionally, this does what I want it to do. It would be nice if one could create additional filters, but for only &1.99, I can live with it. The annoying thing is that it wants me to log in or join all the time. It also offers me the "opportunity" to download all their other apps. Id pay another $1.99 for them to stop asking me!
You will get halfway through a measurement when and ad pops up, which you have to close and then restart the whole process. It would be less annoying if the ad opened right at the start.
Really great and practical
The app needs to be updated to use the telephoto lens on the iPhone 7 Plus. This is because the normal wide angle lens is too far away from the flash and does not provide enough illumination. Also remove the login prompts that happen on every launch. This is a paid app.
The app works ok, but you need to sit through ads before you can check your pulse. If you dont feel good and want to check your HR the last thing you want to do is wait through ads.
