Runtastic Heart Rate Monitor App Reviews

Poor performance

Worked sporadically at best. Whats the point of having a heart rate monitor that takes so long to register a result that your post-workout heart rate goes down while youre waiting for a valid reading?

Horrible

I understand having ads but having them come up in the middle of a reading is not something that should happen. There is also a 3 readings a day limit. If you are using this for more than just a fun app then I would find something else.

Doesnt work with 7 Plus

This needs to be updated to use the telephoto camera on the 7 Plus since the regular camera is too far from the flash!!! Its not giving accurate readings. It either wont work or will give me readings 10-20 BPM lower than usual

Do not download

It worked fine at first however after roughly 6 days it began to take longer than usual to register an accurate reading. After about 10 days it just failed entirely. This app just wants your money for the ads. Dont download. Ive already deleted.

Boo!

Boo this app! Booo!!

very good

very good

Great App

Measurements are fairly close to results from other 3rd party devices.

Lame

It asks you too make an account with your email (then again they probably all do) and you can only use it 3 times a day or you have to pay... I dont like it, what was that one that was on play store that was all free and unlimited? I forgot but its out there.

I wish I could edit!

I wish I could edit previous entries, such as adding comments. Also I would like to be able to delete previously saved measurements.

Too many Ads

Cant even take a measurement without being interrupted by an ad and having to start over.

Ads prevent you from measuring

In my opinion the intrusive ads make this app almost useless. Full screen unscipable ads where almost always interrupt your first attempt to measure, and then you have to start over

Runtastic

Inaccurate. Compared to just counting beats over a minute. Gave results 8 to 10 beats too low. After running gave rtaes at 86 . No way should have been 160 . Which is what i got by counting. Deleted

Very good for regular use

I use this to monitor my heart rate on a weekly basis.

No good

Ive tried it numerous times and I think that I can safely conclude that it doesnt work. I give the creators for not trying to spam users with full-screen ads, but an apps useless if it doesnt do the thing its supposed to do.

Uh yeah Why Not

It links your numbers with Apple Health so the job gets done. Any auxiliary features are charged, though.

Requires Facebook login

F that.

Thumbs Up

Its a little finicky to get used to, but after I got the hang of it was very accurate. (Compared to manual pulse count)

Good app

Really good application:)
